A measured pilot, a known unit cost, and a plan

ConnectED is one year old. Rather than project scale we don't have, here is exactly what we ran, what changed, what it cost, and what the next round needs.

The evidence

What we can and cannot claim

Teacher-rated systems-thinking capability rose from 51% to 72% — a 21 percentage-point increase.

The limitation, stated first

The two questionnaires used related but not identical questions, and the constructs were mapped conceptually rather than matched directly to individual-level measures. This is teacher-observed change at one school, from one workshop day. It is not a controlled study.
